SPK Matriculation Higher Secondary School

English is a universal language and one who knows English can compete well in the modern world. Yet all the Middle-class parents cannot afford to give their wards such a quality education as those in Ooty, Kodaikanal or yercard. With that thought in mind, our correspondent Dr.Er.P.Sengodan, an engineer by profession, has established this institution at Kadachanallur in Tiruchengode - Erode Main Road. Keeping in mind the lack of opportunities in the Government sector, we train our students to develop self-expression and self-confidence, which will help them to become entrepreneurs.
We are physically and psychologically preparing our students to be able to compete and achieve in the highly demanding 21st century. The SPK Matric Hr. Sec School is run by the Sengodan Prabu Kumar Trust. Administrative committee comprises Correspondent Dr.Er.P.Sengodan, Chairman Er.Dr.A.S.Prabu and Managing Trustee Mrs. A.SE.Angkammal.

We believe coordination should be as effortless between people as it is between our own brains and bodies, that people should be appreciated, and love what they do.

Our School Sprouting

With a strong view to imbibe quality education and to inculcate Indian traditional values, our visionary founder Dr.Er.P.Sengodan established this Institution 2002 with 36 students and 2 teacher as a pre_primary school. With the kind Co-operation of the parents and sincere dedication of our teachers now we have grown with 1800 students and more than 80 teachers and more than 120 workers.

Organization Structure

Here is a diagram showing the formal arrangement of our school organisation structure and their interrelationships. The interrelationships give an indication of who does what and how activities are divided, organised and coordinated. The ultimate aim is to show that all our management as well as organisational tasks are seamless and effective under all conditions of changes in administration.
